CONTACT US

Food

You are welcome to bring your pet's food from home or use our kennel food. We usually have Pedigree or ProPlan dry food on hand, though availability may vary. You can package the food into daily portions or simply provide instructions on how much and how often to feed your dog. If your dog prefers any additions, like wet food or chicken broth, please let us know.

Bowls

We provide stainless steel bowls in all sizes, which are washed daily. Please do not bring bowls from home unless they are slow feeders or necessary types of bowls or stands.

Toys

Feel free to bring toys and treats from home, but we also have plenty available. Please avoid bringing valuable items, as they might get lost or damaged.

Bedding and Blankets

You can bring your pet’s bedding and blankets, but please ensure they are not larger than 2’x3’. Do not bring highly valuable items as they are washed daily.

Medicine

We can dispense medicine as needed. If your dog requires pills, provide us with a method that works, such as pill pockets, cheese, or peanut butter. We will not administer pills directly into your dog’s mouth.

Leashes

Please use a 4’ or 6’ leash when bringing your dog to the kennel. Ensure your dog’s harness or collar is snug enough to prevent them from backing out of it. Avoid retractable leashes.

Cats

When bringing cats for grooming or boarding, ensure they are in a secure carrier.

Behavior

Please note that your pet might behave differently in the kennel than at home. Some dogs might refuse to eat, chew their beds, or exhibit stress-induced aggression. We strive to make your pet comfortable with extra TLC and consistent check-ins. If we notice concerning behavior, we will contact you to discuss and seek your advice.
